Responsibility:
Collecting and maintaining relevant internal documents for AR collection.
Delivering commercial invoices and relevant documents.
Following the payment process of the customers and get the Bank SWIFT.
Maintaining the relationship with customers' Finance Dept.
Maintaining AR collection Management Tables and some other tables.
Checking the reconciliation statement with some chief customers.
Requirements:
Education: Level Bachelor.
Experience: One year working experience is required; banking experience is preferred.

10. Site Engineer
Quantity: 2
Location: Sulymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra of Iraq (frequently traveling is required)
Responsibility:
Manage the process of site construction: According to the issued engineering plan, track the engineering process, monitor the engineering quality and safety according to quality standards, and handle, track, and report site problems when necessary.
Plan and monitor the arrival of materials on sites: According to the plan for arrival of materials on sites, conduct monitoring on the lead time, in-transit transportation and arrival time for key processes; according to the contract requirements, sign for and accept the materials delivered to sites, and monitor the usage periodically.
Site acceptance: Inspect materials arriving on sites, supervise concealed construction, and organize a three-party acceptance check according to the quality standards. In the overall acceptance process, verify the site engineering quantity according to the list or change list. Handle unresolved problems, and urge the subcontractors to correct the problems.
Site document management: According to the document list, collect and archive the process documents regarding site construction, and collect and archive the proofs for site problems.
Requirements:
Education: Associate degree and above Major: Civil engineering, electric, or related areas
Experience: Minimum two years of work experience in civil engineering and electric project engineering.
Skills: Familiar with industry or international standards and specifications in effect in the local country. Capable of coordinating, tracking, and handling site engineering problem. Self motivation and team spirit, good communication skills, and good communication with customers

11. Site Design Engineer
Quantity: 2
Location: Sulymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra of Iraq (frequently traveling is required)
Responsibility:
Manage the process of construction drawing (Site design and OSP design): According to the issued engineering plan, track the engineering process, monitor the drawing quality and reasonability according to quality standards, and handle, track, and report design drawings problems when necessary.
To be control, manage and coordinate with the design subcontractor/consultant to complete Site Design Report; review Site Design Report that is from design subcontractor /consultant; submit the site design report to customers to get the approval; transfer Site Design Report to CW engineer; reporting and coordination with the customers with the technical issues of detailed design, and make and optimize the standard design as the requirement of the customer and local regulation.
Site document management: According to the document list, collect and archive the process documents regarding site construction, and collect and archive the proofs for site problems.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree and above Major: Civil engineering, electric, or related areas
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Outside Plant Telecom Environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction civil work experience.
Skills:
o Take Field Notes of the outside plant environment
o Read existing Telecom and utility maps from other sources
o Can design EWO (Engineering Work Order) from the field notes taken
o Understanding of F2 design and provisioning
o Can design FOC(Fiber Optical Cable) routes in urban and rural environment
o Good writing and speaking skills
o Customer Relations skill
o Provide solutions in a civil construction or engineering environment
o Understand the land acquisition process
o Can manage subcontractors

12. Core Network engineer:

Responsibility:
Conduct installation and commissioning of ordinary projects under guidance; Assist engineers in solving ordinary equipment problems;
Support the operation of equipment;
Collect customers’ suggestion and requirements on our products and feedback the collected information.
As a practitioner at starting stage. Acquire basic knowledge of some products;
Familiar with service regulations;
Be able to complete the implementation of ordinary projects; Be able to assist others in solving 8.ordinary equipment problems;

Requirements:

13. Project Manager:

Location: All over Iraq
Responsibility:
Establishes the project structure, set-up the project team and assigns roles and responsibility and authorities to individuals,
Manage different phases of project and to coordinate project team;
Implement a complex project in terms of multi-product / technology integration to achieve Customer satisfaction and Company profitability;
Allocate and directs the Project team and other resources to perform the project tasks;
Manages the project to achieve the targets of Customer Satisfaction;
Be the single Huawei point of contact (SPOC) towards the Customer in order to manage all stakeholders involved in the project including other Huawei divisions and third parties;
Be responsible for the P&L of the project, and to achieve sales, cash collection, etc. on time;
Manage the progress of the project, regarding contractual commitments inn terms of scope, time and quality;
Escalates any serious issue which cannot be solved at project level to Huawei Management;
Be able to summarize project management experience and produce case study and experience sharing; actively conduct training to project team on project management; develop the project team and subordinate project managers.
Requirements:
Education: Holds a qualified Degree in engineering, and a recognized PM accreditation (i.e. PMP, PRINCE 2);
Experience: Have more than 5 years experience in middle-large project with complexity, especially successful experiences in cost and risk management of large projects; Specific experience required in the rollout of large infrastructure projects requiring the co-ordination of vendors, logistics, subcontractors and operational management;
Skills: Technical skills and background in telecom solutions and network integration, have Knowledge of project planning, costs, contracts and project control, including the management of resources;
Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic and Kurdish
